Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped UPS Ground. Every order that is over $99 will be shipped free of charge. On orders less than $99, shipping is flat $12 for the first item and then $5 for each consecutive item. You will be provided with UPS tracking number as soon as the shipment is processed. International orders ship USPS. Keep in mind that you do not get free shipping when shipping outside USA, however we always provide very competetive shipping prices and even cover fraction of cost.

In the rare event UPS loses the package, we hold no responsibility. Our shipment using UPS include a $100 insurance from the carrier, beyond that insurance you are responsible for insuring the rest of the value of the package. Please e-mail us if you want us to unsure your package for additional value. Although insurance prices may change without notice, they will be $1.30 for the first $100 (after the first $100 courrier insurance) and $1 for each $100 or portion thereof.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days from the purchase. Exchanges are subject to $12 shipping charge. Returns are accepted for store credit only providing the item is in resellable conditon with the tags attached. If you want the money back on your credit card or PayPal account you will be charged 10% restocking fee + the cost of shipping of the product to you.

Sale, clearance and Closeout Items

Clearance items are not returnable. We will make all efforts to exchange for another size, however this depends on product's availability. Please e-mail us if you need sizing help.
